So I got a job. Not a fast food job, as the title might imply...but it's still a retail job. And retail...well, retail just sucks. Especially since I do NOT have either a retail or a sales personality. If an arrogant or rude customer comes in and wants to be waited on hand and foot, well, they're just going to have to wait for another person to help them because I am not going to. If I think I'm being scammed, I will treat them with the barest civility to get them up and out of my store as quickly as possible with the least damage done. The "nice" me seems to go out the door and the "ornery" me steps in when I start my shift. Nice.

So, needless to say, I am still looking for a "real" job. "Real" in this case is defined as a job that actually requires and will use my college degree...and pay better so I can go to grad school next fall and get a REAL real job in the field I really want.

So, my life consists of a full-time retail job, the random "real" job application and the grad school search.

So interesting, huh?

So, I've started every paragraph with the word "so". Just thought I'd point that out...
